Tomato, Spinach, Guacamole Salad Pocket
  • 1 pita pocket
  • 2-3 tomato slices
  • 4 slices lean turkey
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 1 packed of 100 calorie Wholly Guacamole
  1. If using the whole pita pocket, cut the pocket in half.
  2. Spread the guacamole on one side of each pocket then layer your ingredient.
  3. If you are only using ½ of the pocket, you will have extra lettuce and can use them to 'roll-up' your leftover pocket ingredients.
