Freezing Eggs

Ingredients
  • 12-18 eggs
  • salt
  • pepper
Instructions
  1. Crack 12 to 18 eggs in a bowl.
  2. Add salt and pepper.
  3. Mix the eggs with a fork.
  4. Pour into ice cube trays.
  5. Freeze for 2-3 hours.
  6. Pop into a freezer bag.
  7. Frozen eggs will keep up to a year.
  8. 2 cubes = 1 whole egg.
  9. When using the frozen eggs for baking be sure to thaw in fridge for 24hrs before use.
