Yummy Onion and Eggs Breakfast: It’s clean, lower carb, and low calorie!

Ingredients
  • For the eggs:
  • 3 egg whites (I gave the yolks to the dogs!)
  • ½ of a small onion, chopped
  • 4 tbsp fat free chicken broth
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • I also added a dash of garlic.
Instructions
  1. I put the chicken broth in the pan and let it warm up on low heat.
  2. Then, I added the onions.
  3. I let them cook for a few minutes until the soaked up the broth.
  4. In the egg whites I added the garlic and pepper (no salt for me).
  5. Then I added the egg whites to the onions and scrambled them up.
