Homemade Breakfast Sausage
  • 1.5 - 2 pounds ground pork
  • 1 TBSP black pepper
  • 1 TBSP oregano
  • 1 TBSP garlic powder
  • 1 TBSP onion powder
  • 1 TBSP salt free seasoning
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 1 tsp dried chives
  1. In a bowl combine all ingredients.
  2. Using clean, dry hands mix all ingredients thoroughly.
  3. If you are going to make crumbles crumble the meat mixture into a frying pan and cook over low to medium heat.
  4. If you are going to make into patties roll meat mixture into a small ball and then smash into a patty shape.
  5. Place patties in a frying pan or cast iron skillet and cook on low to medium heat until meat is thoroughly cooked.
