Skillet Apple Cobbler

Ingredients
  • 5-6 Red Michigan Apples, cored and sliced
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Stevia
  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • ¼ cup water
  • ½ cup brown sugar Stevia
  • 4-5 pats of butter
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Grease cast iron skillet
  3. Arrange apples on bottom of greased skillet.
  4. Sprinkle Stevia.
  5. Sprinkle oats on top of apples.
  6. Add water.
  7. Arrange the 4-5 pats of butter.
  8. Sprinkle with brown sugar Stevia.
  9. Put in oven for 20-30 minutes.
  10. Cobbler is done when apples are tender and oats are crumbly.
