Gluten-Free Skinny Beer Dip

Ingredients
  • 1 pack light cream cheese
  • 1.5 cups 2% shredded cheese
  • ¼ cup gluten- free beer
  • ½ pack ranch dressing mix
  • 1 tsp salt free seasoning
  • ½ cup Greek plain yogurt
  • 1 stalk green onion, finely chopped
  • 2-3 tbsp parsely
  • Breton Gluten Free Original with Flax crackers
  • 1 cucumber, peeled and sliced
  • 1 green pepper, sliced
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients into a large bowl with lid.
  2. Using a spatula, mix well.
  3. Place lid on bowl and allow dip to set overnight.
  4. Serve with Breton Gluten Free Original with Flax, sliced cucumbers and peppers.
