More Than Just Guacamole

Ingredients
  • 8 RITZĀ® crackers
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 roma tomato, sliced
  • 1 cucumber, peeled and sliced
  • lemon juice
  • salt
  • pepper
Instructions
  1. Arrange the crackers on a plate and set aside.
  2. Slice the avocado in half, remove the pit and throw away.
  3. Use a spoon to scoop out the avocado to remove the peel.
  4. Put avocado in a bowl and discard the peel.
  5. Use a fork to smash the avocado. Squirt with lemon juice to your liking.
  6. Add salt and pepper to your liking.
  7. Set aside.
  8. Peel and slice the cucumber.
  9. Set aside.
  10. Slice the tomato.
  11. Arrange the tomato slices on the plate with the crackers.
  12. Place a cucumber slice on top of crackers.
  13. Top each cucumber slice with a bit of avocado mix.
  14. Plate is complete.
  15. Enjoy the rest of the avocado with the rest of the cucumber slices using them as 'chips' or enjoy some more RITZĀ® crackers.
