More Than Just Tuna Salad

Ingredients
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 can of light tuna, drained
  • 1 tbsp relish
  • 1 tbsp light may
  • 1 celery stalk, chopped
  • 1 roma tomato, sliced
  • 6 RITZĀ® whole wheat crackers
Instructions
  1. Cut the top off of your bell pepper.
  2. Discard.
  3. Clean out the insides and rinse well.
  4. Chop your celery. I like mine sliced but you can do it any way you like.
  5. In a bowl add your tuna (drained) , the relish, light mayo and celery.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Place the tuna mixture inside the bell pepper.
  8. Arrange crackers on the plate.
  9. Dip the crackers, put the mixture of top of crackers or just enjoy with a fork.
