Instructions
Warm up the coconut oil in a small bowl to make it runny.
Measure out all the nuts and put them in a food processor. Blend everything until smooth.
Add the pitted dates (or other fruit), cocoa powder, coconut oil, chia seeds, pinch of salt and aniseed (or cinnamon) and blend until well combined.
Check that you have the right consistency and adjust the taste by adding more or less flavouring.
Roll the chocolate mixture into about 10-14 small sized balls. If you wish you can roll the chocolate balls in ground walnuts, shredded coconut or something similar.
Store in a fridge in an air tight container and eat within 5-7 days.
