chopped chives
or other herbs

teaspoon
oil
Instructions
Grease the mug firs with oil or butter.
Crack two eggs into the mug and whisk with a fork.
Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Mix again and place in a microwave on full power for about 2 minutes.
Check after 90 seconds or so and keep going for a little longer until the egg is firmer and slightly detached from the side of the mug.
Sprinkle with chives or other herbs and serve straightaway.
